- 2–3 sessions per week, reviewed formally every 6 sessions
Who it's for
- Recovery after stroke, surgery or fracture
- Persistent back, neck, knee or shoulder pain
- Loss of mobility, balance or walking tolerance
- Neurological conditions affecting movement
What a session includes
- Review of progress and pain since the last visit
- Hands-on manual therapy and joint mobilisation
- Supervised, progressive exercise
- Electrotherapy or heat where clinically indicated
- An updated home exercise programme

- Range of motion (goniometry)
- Manual muscle testing (Oxford grade)
- Numeric Pain Rating Scale
- Berg Balance Scale / Timed Up & Go
- Barthel Index for daily-living independence
